Dawn-Starr Crowther is a multidisciplinary artist living and working in Portland, Oregon. She collects objects and images from the environment with the dedication and passion of a curious magpie. A keen observer and deep listener, her work reflects past professions as archaeologist, arts educator, and health care provider, as well as more than 30 years of meditation practice and teaching. In all things, including her artwork, she is dedicated to making the world a better place through cultivating compassion, kindness and bearing witness.
